We're partnering with a well-established organisation seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner Manager to join its senior finance team.
This is a highly visible role that offers the opportunity to influence strategic decision-making, partner with senior operational leaders, and drive commercial performance across a significant area of the business.

The Role
This is far more than a traditional finance position, this is putting business partnering at the heart of the business.
You'll act as a trusted leading commercial partner to senior stakeholders, helping them understand performance, evaluate opportunities, challenge assumptions, and make informed decisions that improve business outcomes.
Alongside leading a small team, you'll play a key role in planning, forecasting, investment appraisal, and continuous improvement initiatives, helping to ensure the business remains agile and commercially focused.
What You'll Be Doing
- Building strong relationships with senior operational and commercial leaders.
- Providing financial insight and strategic support to aid decision-making.
- Leading budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities.
- Developing business cases and evaluating investment opportunities.
- Identifying commercial risks and opportunities to improve profitability.
- Driving performance improvement initiatives and tracking outcomes.
- Enhancing reporting and management information to support decision-making.
- Leading, coaching, and developing a small finance team.
- Supporting ongoing transformation and process improvement programmes.
- Presenting financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

You'll be a qualified finance professional with a strong commercial mindset and a genuine passion for partnering with the business.
You enjoy influencing stakeholders, challenging constructively, and turning financial information into clear actions that drive performance.
Most importantly, you'll be someone who can build credibility quickly and work collaboratively to deliver results.
Essential Skills & Experience
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
- Significant experience within a Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance, or Finance Manager position.
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability.
- Proven ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
- Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes.
- Strong financial modelling and business case development skills.
- Previous people management experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Advanced Excel, Power BI and financial analysis capability.
