We're partnering with a well-established professional services organisation to recruit an experienced Executive Assistant & Governance Coordinator to support a senior executive and play a key role in the smooth running of governance activities across the business.
This is a varied, high-profile position combining executive support, governance coordination and board administration. You'll work closely with senior leaders, helping to ensure meetings, governance processes and key business activities are delivered professionally and efficiently.
The Role
Responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-level executive support to a senior leader
- Coordinating Board and Committee meetings
- Preparing agendas, meeting packs and supporting documentation
- Uploading papers to the Board portal
- Taking accurate minutes and tracking actions
- Managing complex diaries, travel and meeting logistics
- Building strong relationships with Board members and senior stakeholders
- Supporting governance administration and statutory documentation
- Coordinating key annual governance activities and events
- Maintaining confidential records and ensuring information is managed accurately
About You
You'll ideally have:
- Experience supporting senior executives or Boards
- Strong governance or board administration experience
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- Confidence building relationships with senior stakeholders
- Exceptional written communication and minute-taking ability
- A proactive, collaborative approach and a willingness to get involved wherever needed
- Previous experience within a regulated or professional services environment would be advantageous
