This is a newly created role offering the opportunity to take ownership of key marketing projects while working closely with colleagues across multiple departments and international teams.
The Role
This is a varied marketing position combining campaign coordination, project management, print production and digital marketing support.
You'll take ownership of the planning and delivery of major marketing collateral, coordinate marketing activity across multiple teams, and support the execution of seasonal campaigns across digital channels. Working with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers, you'll play an important role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, on brand and to a high standard.
This role would suit an organised marketing professional who enjoys managing multiple projects simultaneously and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the end-to-end delivery of major print marketing projects from planning through to production
• Coordinate marketing activity across multiple internal departments and external suppliers
• Manage the production of marketing collateral to support sales activity, events and exhibitions
• Support the planning and delivery of seasonal marketing campaigns
• Act as a key marketing contact for designated business areas, coordinating requests and ensuring activity is delivered to schedule
• Assist with website content updates and digital campaign implementation
• Support campaign execution through copy coordination, content uploads and merchandising activity
• Produce a range of promotional marketing materials including flyers, banners and event assets
• Provide administrative support for multimedia content creation and wider marketing projects where required
What We're Looking For
• Around three years' experience in a marketing role with responsibility for managing multiple projects
• Previous experience coordinating print marketing activity from concept through to production
• Experience working with website content management or eCommerce platforms
• Strong project management and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confident managing multiple deadlines and competing priorities
• Comfortable working collaboratively with a wide range of internal stakeholders and external suppliers
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with experience using digital marketing tools and web platforms
• Able to work independently, use initiative and take ownership of projects
• Marketing qualification or degree (desirable)
