Sales Manager
Remote- Client visits
£60-65k + uncapped commission (individual and team commission schemes) - OTE c£100k year 1.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading from the front with your own sales target and pipeline
- Coaching, motivating and supporting colleagues within the sales function whilst also building out your team.
- Building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, in person and online.
- Managing the full sales cycle.
- Influencing decision-makers and negotiating/closing with confidence
- Collaborating across businesses within the group to spot and act on opportunities
- Championing continuous improvement and openness to new tools and tech (including AI)
What We’re Looking For:
- A background in software/SaaS sales
- Proven sales track record, with experience managing a target and closing deals
- A natural leader who is confident motivating others, giving feedback, and building team spirit to create high-performance.
- Curious, commercially aware and driven to keep learning
- Strong communicator who can adapt to different people and situations
- Open to change and interested in how technology can support high performance
