Location: Remote | Occasional UK and international travel
Salary: £30k - £35k DOE

With a collaborative team culture and a mission to drive digital engagement, the company is looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Executive to take its campaigns to the next level.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this is a hands-on role focused on creating and delivering engaging marketing content and campaigns with a focus on lead generation. You’ll work across digital channels, support event promotion, and help tell the story of the brand through effective communication and analytics. If you love creating content, optimising digital performance, and collaborating with different teams, this role offers a lot of variety and autonomy.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Writing and producing engaging content across digital and print platforms.
  • Managing the company website and optimising content for SEO and user experience.
  • Running email and social media campaigns, analysing engagement and improving performance.
  • Creating visual content including graphics and videos to support brand messaging.
  • Using CRM and marketing tools to support targeted campaigns and maintain customer databases.
  • Assisting with marketing for internal and external events, including trade shows and exhibitions.
  • Working with other departments to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

We’re looking for a creative, self-motivated marketer with strong content and campaign skills. You’ll be curious, proactive, and eager to explore new ways of working—especially when it comes to automation, AI, and emerging marketing technologies. You’ll be confident communicating ideas, comfortable juggling multiple projects, and passionate about staying ahead of the curve in a fast-moving digital landscape.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation.
  • Experience working in a marketing role within the Arts & Culture sector
  • Excellent copywriting skills and the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, email marketing, and social media platforms.
  • Experience with Salesforce and WordPress.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaborating across teams.
  • A genuine interest in innovation, AI, and automation, with a willingness to experiment and adapt to new tools and platforms.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience using WordPress for website content management.
  • An interest or background in the Arts & Culture sector.
  • Ability to use design software such as InDesign would be a bonus
