Inbound Coordinator

Exeter- Hybrid

Temporary Role

c£24,000pa

A growing organisation operating across multiple locations, supporting supply chain and operational functions for a wide range of clients.

The Role

  • Input and update data in internal systems
  • Help track incoming goods and resolve delivery issues
  • Communicate with internal teams to ensure accurate stock and timely updates
  • Support regular team calls and coordination with teams
  • Maintain tracking documents and contribute to reporting
  • Assist in general process improvements and cross-team collaboration
  • Ensure data accuracy and take part in team training initiatives

What We’re Looking For

  • Detail-oriented and organised
  • Strong communicator with a problem-solving mindset
  • Comfortable using IT systems (training provided)
  • Able to manage tasks independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn
