Exeter -Hybrid
£30,000pa + Commission

A fast-growing, tech-led business in an innovative sector, working with well-known national brands. With exciting growth plans ahead, they're looking to strengthen their commercial team.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Reaching out to businesses via phone, email, and CRM to generate interest
  • Booking qualified meetings for the business development team
  • Working to clear activity targets and KPIs
  • Recording activity and outcomes in internal systems
  • Sharing insights and contributing to team strategy
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure prospects are well supported

What We’re Looking For

  • Confident phone manner and good communication skills
  • Proactive, organised, and motivated to hit goals
  • Comfortable learning new systems and processes
  • Able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced team environment
