What You’ll Be Doing
- Reaching out to businesses via phone, email, and CRM to generate interest
- Booking qualified meetings for the business development team
- Working to clear activity targets and KPIs
- Recording activity and outcomes in internal systems
- Sharing insights and contributing to team strategy
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure prospects are well supported

- Confident phone manner and good communication skills
- Proactive, organised, and motivated to hit goals
- Comfortable learning new systems and processes
- Able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced team environment
