The Role

This is a senior, hands-on role leading both traditional and digital marketing activity across the business. You’ll develop strategies that support both B2B and B2C growth, manage a diverse and growing team, and bring fresh ideas to elevate the company’s presence across multiple marketing channels. From shaping campaign strategy to rolling out digital innovation, you’ll have a wide remit and the support of a collaborative team.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading the development and execution of B2B and B2C marketing strategies.
  • Owning and optimising all marketing channels - digital, social, print, and events to maximise reach and return on investment.
  • Managing and mentoring a multi-skilled marketing team, providing support and opportunities for growth.
  • Enhancing the company’s online presence through SEO and paid media campaigns.
  • Supporting the sales team with high-impact collateral and print marketing.
  • Overseeing content planning, scheduling, and publishing across websites and social platforms.
  • Analysing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta insights to inform future activity.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive creative output.
  • Keeping ahead of marketing trends and identifying new tools or tactics to improve performance.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a commercially-minded, creative marketer with leadership experience and a strong grasp of both digital and traditional media. You’ll need to be confident managing multiple projects and leading a team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar marketing leadership role (in-house or agency).
  • Proven experience managing and developing a team.
  • Strong creative mindset with the ability to lead campaign planning and content strategy.
  • Confident across the media landscape, including digital, social, and print.
  • Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and social advertising formats and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) and ideally Google Tag Manager.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly organised with strong project management skills.
