The Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, international business with a strong commercial presence and growing global customer base. The business is continuing to invest in its marketing function, and this newly created Marketing Assistant role will play a key part in supporting campaign delivery across multiple markets.

You’ll be joining a collaborative and forward-thinking team, working across digital and offline channels, and gaining exposure to a wide range of marketing activities. This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who is looking to develop their skills in a fast-paced, multi-market environment.

 

The Role

This is a varied and hands-on role supporting the delivery of marketing campaigns across multiple regions. You’ll work closely with the Campaign Manager and wider marketing team to coordinate content, manage campaign assets and ensure marketing activity is delivered accurately and on time. The role combines campaign coordination, content support and internal communication, offering the opportunity to take increasing ownership of key marketing outputs over time.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting the delivery of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
  • Coordinating marketing content across multiple markets, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Assisting with copywriting for websites, email campaigns, print and other marketing materials
  • Managing timelines, approvals and updates for campaign assets
  • Supporting the creation and distribution of marketing collateral and sales materials
  • Acting as a key point of contact for internal teams to coordinate feedback and approvals
  • Supporting the localisation and adaptation of content for different markets
  • Maintaining internal marketing platforms and ensuring content is up to date
  • Assisting with email marketing campaigns and supporting campaign execution
  • Providing general marketing and administrative support across the team

 

What We’re Looking For

This role will suit someone early in their marketing career who is organised, proactive and keen to learn. You’ll enjoy working across multiple projects, supporting campaigns and collaborating with different teams.

You’ll bring:

  • Some experience or exposure to marketing, digital, or campaign support roles
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • A proactive and positive approach to learning and development
  • Confidence working with different stakeholders and teams
  • An interest in digital marketing and content creation
  • Experience with tools such as email platforms, analytics tools or CMS systems is beneficial but not essential
