This is a fantastic opportunity to support our client’s export sales and subsidiary teams, ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
As a Sales and Service Administrator, you will:
- Process orders, manage order books, and oversee shipping and after-sales support.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by handling pre- and post-sales queries, resolving issues efficiently, and communicating effectively with customers.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve customer issues, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions where needed.
- Continuously improve processes by identifying opportunities and suggesting solutions to enhance the customer experience.
- Assist sales teams with onboarding new customers and ensure seamless integration into the brand.
- Monitor and manage customer orders through to dispatch, working with shipping teams to avoid delays.
- Liaise with external agencies and suppliers regarding transportation and customs requirements.
- Escalate significant issues to the Global Customer Service Manager.
