Account Manager

Remote

£40,000pa + Commission

The Role

As an Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of B2B clients, building trusted relationships and ensuring they get maximum value from the platform. You’ll act as the go-to for support, performance insights, and identifying opportunities for additional services, helping drive both retention and growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage and grow relationships with assigned B2B accounts
  • Act as the main point of contact for key stakeholders
  • Conduct usage reviews and performance check-ins with clients
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and renewals
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Sales, Customer Success) to support client needs
  • Keep customer data and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) accurate and up to date
  • Provide regular forecasting and revenue reporting
  • Feed insights back into product development and customer experience strategy

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years in a B2B Account Management or Customer Success role
  • Track record of growing accounts and driving client satisfaction
  • Strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
  • Able to analyse data to draw out key client insights
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities at once
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms like Salesforce
  • Background in finance or accounting is a bonus
