£40,000pa + Commission
The Role
As an Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of B2B clients, building trusted relationships and ensuring they get maximum value from the platform. You’ll act as the go-to for support, performance insights, and identifying opportunities for additional services, helping drive both retention and growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage and grow relationships with assigned B2B accounts
- Act as the main point of contact for key stakeholders
- Conduct usage reviews and performance check-ins with clients
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and renewals
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Sales, Customer Success) to support client needs
- Keep customer data and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) accurate and up to date
- Provide regular forecasting and revenue reporting
- Feed insights back into product development and customer experience strategy
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years in a B2B Account Management or Customer Success role
- Track record of growing accounts and driving client satisfaction
- Strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
- Able to analyse data to draw out key client insights
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities at once
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms like Salesforce
- Background in finance or accounting is a bonus
