The Role

This is a key role within the eCommerce team, where you’ll take ownership of digital merchandising and campaign execution across multiple online platforms. You’ll ensure that promotions, product content, and digital assets are effectively displayed, enhancing the user experience and driving engagement. Working closely with marketing, design, and development teams, you’ll play a central role in keeping the company’s digital channels fresh, dynamic, and aligned with its brand.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing the setup of promotional activity and campaigns across all online channels.
  • Uploading and scheduling promotional content for websites, social media, and YouTube.
  • Working with design and planning teams to ensure digital assets meet brand guidelines and deadlines.
  • Setting up promotional codes, gift offers, and site-wide announcements.
  • Supporting the development team by testing and providing feedback on new site features and updates.
  • Assisting with content formatting and translation queries for global and regional teams.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • At least 12 months of experience in an eCommerce or digital merchandising role.
  • Comfortable using digital platforms, with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring content is accurate and well-presented.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Great communication skills, able to collaborate with different teams and stakeholders.
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to problem-solve in a fast-moving environment.
