The Role
This role puts you in the driver’s seat of digital marketing, giving you the chance to shape strategy, lead a team, and make a real impact on the company’s online presence. You’ll be responsible for leading digital campaigns, managing social media, and ensuring marketing efforts are effective and measurable. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll help shape the future of digital engagement.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Defining and executing digital marketing strategies in line with business goals.
- Managing and mentoring a team of digital marketers, ensuring they have the tools and support to succeed.
- Overseeing SEO and paid digital campaigns to increase brand visibility and audience engagement.
- Managing digital marketing spend and tracking performance to ensure strong return on investment.
- Developing and implementing a social media strategy, creating engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
- Analysing campaign data using tools like Google Analytics and Meta insights to optimise marketing performance.
- Collaborating with content creators to produce high-quality multimedia content.
- Keeping up with digital trends and identifying new ways to enhance online marketing efforts.

Essential Skills & Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar digital marketing role (agency or in-house).
- Strong understanding of SEO, social media, and paid digital advertising.
- Experience leading and developing a marketing team.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and data-driven marketing.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
