With exciting plans ahead, they are looking for a driven and creative Wholesale and Events Manager to take charge of one of their key revenue streams—wholesale partnerships.
The Role
This is a dynamic role where you’ll take the lead on growing the wholesale business. From securing new stockists and managing key accounts to organising visually striking brand showcases, this is an opportunity to shape and strengthen brand presence across the UK.
What You’ll Be Doing
Wholesale Management
- Developing and implementing a scalable wholesale strategy in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Expanding the brand’s reach by securing new wholesale partnerships across the UK.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing stockists, presenting new collections, and ensuring high in-store visibility.
- Using sales and performance data to influence stock planning and buying decisions.
- Creating tailored promotional plans and merchandising solutions, particularly during product launches.
- Overseeing point-of-sale (POS) materials to ensure consistent brand representation across wholesale networks.
- Gathering customer insights and sharing feedback with the wider team to help shape future strategies.
What We’re Looking For
If you’re a proactive, commercially minded individual with experience in B2B retail or wholesale, this role offers the chance to make a real impact. We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a background in wholesale or retail account management with a proven track record of driving growth.
- Is a confident communicator who thrives on building and maintaining strong customer and stockist relationships.
- Is creative and detail-oriented, with a flair for merchandising and event presentation.
- Works well independently, managing multiple priorities with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Is adaptable and collaborative, with a positive, can-do attitude and a great sense of humour.
- Happy to travel during the week visiting stockists (approximately 3-4 times a month).
- Holds a valid UK driving license and is confident behind the wheel.
