Location: Exeter | Hybrid
Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 DOE

The Role
This is a hands-on and varied role where you’ll take ownership of social media activity across multiple platforms. You’ll play a key part in developing creative content, driving engagement, and building brand awareness across global audiences.
Working closely with colleagues in marketing, content, and design, you’ll bring fresh ideas to campaigns and help shape the business’s social storytelling.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and growing social channels including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Developing and executing creative social strategies aligned with wider marketing campaigns.
- Collaborating on video content, including on-camera participation when required.
- Coordinating with design and campaign teams to deliver visually engaging content.
- Managing community engagement and responding to audience interactions across platforms.
- Monitoring performance metrics, analysing engagement data, and providing regular insights.
- Supporting the setup, optimisation, and reporting of paid social and YouTube activity.
- Working cross-functionally to ensure social content supports wider business goals.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a confident and creative social media professional who’s passionate about creating impactful content and growing engaged online communities. You’ll need to be proactive, curious, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
Essential Skills & Experience
- 1–2 years’ experience managing brand social media accounts.
- Strong understanding of social media strategy, engagement, and content creation.
- Confident communicator with excellent written and visual storytelling skills.
- Experience using analytics tools and reporting on performance metrics.
- Organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience within an eCommerce or product-led environment (desirable).
