Sales Account Manager – Healthtech | UK (Remote)
£60,000pa + double OTE | UK-wide
We’re supporting a well-established, growing organisation in the healthtech space to hire a Sales Account Manager. This role suits someone who thrives in both new business development and strategic account management, with experience selling into healthcare environments.
You’ll be driving customer acquisition, expanding relationships within existing accounts, and supporting revenue growth across the UK. The position is fully remote with some travel required.
The Role
You will:
- Identify and research prospective healthcare organisations, including key decision-makers and influencers.
- Engage with NHS initiatives, pre-tender activity and bid management processes.
- Execute outreach via calls, email, social and events to introduce the company’s products and services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and close opportunities to support revenue objectives.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track account performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams across marketing, sales engineering, product and customer services.
- Provide feedback on market trends, competitive intelligence and customer needs.
- Develop new business opportunities within existing accounts and identify growth potential.
- Prepare sales forecasts, account plans and status reports.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Ambitious, highly motivated and target-driven.
- Significant experience in sales, with exposure to healthcare customers.
- Skilled in building relationships, communicating clearly, and presenting with impact.
- Methodical in their approach to planning, research and call preparation.
- Proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce experience beneficial).
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment as well as part of a wider team.
