SaaS Account Manager
Location: Remote + occasional office meetups (Devon)
c£45 OTE (c£30k+ Base DOE)
The Role
We’re looking for a driven SaaS Account Manager to grow and retain a portfolio of existing customers. You’ll focus on renewals, upgrades, and strengthening relationships, ensuring customers get real value from the platform.
What You’ll Do
- Own renewal conversations and keep customers engaged
- Spot upgrade and expansion opportunities
- Keep your pipeline organised and moving
- Act as a trusted point of contact for any account issues
- Track activity, forecasts, and customer touchpoints in the CRM
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years in account management, sales, customer success, or renewals (SaaS experience a plus)
- Confident communicator across phone, video, and email
- Comfortable with CRM tools and modern productivity platforms
- Proactive, organised, and target-focused
- Able to tailor conversations to customer goals
- Calm and professional when handling challenges
- Familiarity with AI tools or a willingness to learn
