SaaS Account Manager

Location: Remote + occasional office meetups (Devon)

c£45 OTE (c£30k+ Base DOE)

The Role

We’re looking for a driven SaaS Account Manager to grow and retain a portfolio of existing customers. You’ll focus on renewals, upgrades, and strengthening relationships, ensuring customers get real value from the platform.

What You’ll Do

  • Own renewal conversations and keep customers engaged
  • Spot upgrade and expansion opportunities
  • Keep your pipeline organised and moving
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for any account issues
  • Track activity, forecasts, and customer touchpoints in the CRM

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years in account management, sales, customer success, or renewals (SaaS experience a plus)
  • Confident communicator across phone, video, and email
  • Comfortable with CRM tools and modern productivity platforms
  • Proactive, organised, and target-focused
  • Able to tailor conversations to customer goals
  • Calm and professional when handling challenges
  • Familiarity with AI tools or a willingness to learn
