The Role
This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role where you’ll own the marketing function and drive the company’s go-to-market strategy.
You’ll be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel campaigns, managing a significant marketing budget, and leading a small but growing team. The role requires a blend of strategic vision, creative storytelling, and data-led decision making, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing and delivering the overall marketing strategy to drive awareness, engagement, and growth
- Leading integrated campaigns across digital, content, events, and paid media
- Managing a six-figure marketing budget and evaluating ROI across all channels
- Overseeing marketing operations, analytics, and reporting performance to senior leadership
- Building and managing agency relationships (e.g. SEO, web, video, and content partners)
- Line managing a Marketing Manager and helping expand the team internationally over time
- Conducting market and competitor research to refine positioning and messaging
- Leveraging AI and automation tools to enhance marketing efficiency and scale
- Supporting new business, partnerships, and customer success with enablement materials
What We’re Looking For
You’re a commercially minded marketing professional with experience in B2B or SaaS environments, and you know how to connect brand, performance, and strategy to deliver measurable growth. You’ll bring curiosity, creativity, and a structured approach to marketing leadership.
Essential Qualities
- Proven experience in leading marketing strategy and execution in a B2B tech or SaaS setting
- Demonstrated success in building brand presence and supporting sales-led growth
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign management
- Confident managing budgets, setting KPIs, and reporting on results
- Excellent stakeholder and project management skills
- Proficient in HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools
- Based in London and able to attend the office at least two days per week
- Willingness to travel occasionally to support international projects
- Experience in EdTech, digital learning, or technology-led training environments
- Understanding of growth marketing or go-to-market strategy development
