About the Organisation

We’re supporting a growing group of businesses that’s continuing to invest in its marketing capability as it scales. With multiple brands, audiences and projects running in parallel, the environment is commercial, fast-moving and entrepreneurial.

To support continued growth, the group is now looking to bring in a hands-on Marketing Executive to support marketing delivery across brands, channels and campaigns, working closely with an experienced Marketing Manager.

The Role

This is a varied, fast-paced marketing role ideal for someone with 2–3 years’ experience who enjoys working across different brands, systems and projects.

You’ll support both day-to-day marketing execution and the delivery of larger projects, helping ensure campaigns, content and processes are implemented efficiently and consistently across the group. The role offers broad exposure and is well suited to someone looking to build a strong, well-rounded marketing skill set in a commercial environment.

• Create and deliver campaigns across email, social, digital and offline platforms
• Support events, partnerships and campaign rollouts

Website & SEO
• Update and maintain website content across multiple sites
• Support SEO improvements and on-page optimisation
• Assist with product, content and catalogue updates

CRM, Data & Automation
• Manage customer marketing lists, segmentation and data hygiene
• Support CRM activity, marketing automation and reporting
• Assist with maintaining clean, consistent marketing data

Content & Collateral
• Schedule social media content and support basic community management
• Create and update marketing and sales collateral (brochures, catalogues, presentations)
• Support content development across formats

Paid Media & Performance
• Support PPC, paid social and retargeting campaigns
• Assist with reporting and performance tracking

Projects & Process
• Coordinate with external freelancers and agencies
• Help maintain marketing processes, templates and brand standards
• Support wider growth projects and new launches

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–3 years’ experience in a marketing role (agency or in-house)
    • Comfortable working across websites, CRM platforms and campaign tools
    • Experience using platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics or similar
    • Confident working within website back ends (e.g. WordPress, WooCommerce or similar)
    • Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
    • Digitally minded, with an interest in social media trends and content formats (video/reels a plus)
    • Exposure to paid advertising (PPC, paid social, retargeting) is advantageous
    • Curious, commercially aware and keen to learn
    • Comfortable working in a growing business where plans evolve and no two weeks look the same

Why You’ll Love This Role

You’ll gain exposure to multiple brands and sectors while playing an active role in growth projects and new launches. With close support from an experienced Marketing Manager, the role offers a genuine opportunity to build a broad, hands-on marketing skill set, with clear scope to grow, develop and specialise over time in a fast-moving, supportive environment.
