Lead Generator / Appointment Setter
Location: Onsite (flexible)
Salary: £35,000- £40,000 DOE + commission

The Opportunity
We’re looking for a confident, driven individual to generate leads and book qualified appointments with senior decision-makers. You’ll work closely with a commercially focused sales team and have a clear route to grow into a more strategic or client-facing role over time.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Researching and identifying target accounts in key sectors
- Mapping stakeholders- from users and technical experts to decision-makers and budget holders
- Running outbound campaigns via phone, email and LinkedIn
- Booking qualified meetings for the sales team
- Keeping CRM data accurate and insight-rich
- Feeding back on campaign performance and target quality in weekly check-ins
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in lead generation or appointment setting (B2B ideal)
- Strong communication skills and commercial awareness
- Confidence speaking to senior stakeholders across multiple functions
