About the Company

We’re working with a growing technology business that provides innovative solutions. Following a period of significant change, the company is upgrading its finance systems and processes to support its next stage of growth.

This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, forward-thinking environment during a key transformation- ensuring business-as-usual finance runs smoothly while supporting the design and delivery of a new system.

The Role

We’re looking for an Interim Finance Manager to work closely with the Finance Director and wider leadership team.

You’ll play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial reporting and month-end delivery, while also helping to map processes, improve controls, and prepare for a system implementation. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both the detail of accounting and the challenge of change.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver timely and accurate month-end management accounts.
  • Document and improve existing finance processes and controls.
  • Support the implementation of a new finance system, including data migration and testing.
  • Collaborate with operations and sales teams to align processes across departments.
  • Support onboarding of an overseas entity (FX and consolidation).
  • Provide stability and structure for the finance team during a period of transition.

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent).
  • Proven experience producing month-end accounts and managing BAU finance.
  • Involvement in system implementation or process improvement projects.
  • Strong communicator, able to partner effectively across teams.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working in a changing environment.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with NetSuite, Sage, AccountsIQ, iPlicit, or Xledger.
  • Knowledge of stock, multi-revenue streams, or multi-entity reporting.

Why Apply?

  • Direct exposure to senior leadership and strategic projects.
  • Combine day-to-day finance delivery with genuine systems transformation.
  • Remote-first contract offering flexibility and autonomy.
  • Potential to develop into more senior, permanent role.
  • A collaborative culture that values initiative and continuous improvement.
